What A Queen

We have the Green Hornet, Hulk, Shrek, Mike Wazoski, the Green Arrow and now we have a new hero, a queen, Green Queen.

My best-selling sauce came about by my loving husband finding some green chillis at a good price in the supermarket and bought them for me. Up until this point, I didn’t use green chillis. A new recipe was developed, and it fast became a sauce that was sort after everywhere I go.

I love the way my customers use the sauce. Summer as a salad dressing, also used in Mexican food, Asian food and Indian food. Use it as a dip for veggies, dumplings and wedges. Wings need I say more.
